KEY PERSONNEL PROFILES

MAP's staff includes architects, planners, designers and programmers. Over a period of 10 years, the team has delivered quality consulting service to a wide spectrum of government and private entities. The highly educated, skilled and dedicated staff offers the desired skills and experience for successful performance of each project.

Devpal S. Duggal, President

Mr. Duggal has over 25 years of experience in the fields of architecture, urban design, and planning. As Principal of MAP, Mr. Duggal has negotiated and managed contracts with the Federal government, corporations, universities and international organizations. Projects have included strategic plans for millions of square feet, master plans, feasibility studies, building operation evaluations, programming, standards development, space planning, interior design, and urban design. He holds a Bachelors of Architecture from University of Roorkee in India, and a Masters in Urban Design from the City University of New York.

Aruna Ratnavibhushana, Treasurer

Ms. Ratnavibhushana has been with MAP since its inception. In addition to managing the accounts of the corporation, she does facilities programming and financial analysis. She holds a BS from St. John's College, Agra, India; a BEd from VMLG College, Ghaziabad, India; and an MBA from Salisbury State University.

Jim Appleton, Project Manager

Mr. Appleton is a Registered Architect in six states alongwith over 35 years experience and a broad base of knowledge in the managing, planning, design, and construction of governmental, educational, medical, laboratory, commercial and institutional projects for both private clients and government agencies. His overall experience includes key management positions including 8 years as a Principal and Managing Partner of a mid-size architectural, engineering and planning firm.He has directed several projects including a ($30 million) award winning corporate headquarters, office buildings, hi-tech/secure facilities and a variety of other building types. Mr. Appleton holds a Bachelors of Architecture from University of Pennsylvania.

Sanjay Arora, Project Manager

Mr. Arora is experienced in integrating state-of-the-art technology in design and planning. He has managed projects requiring intensive information technology, audio-visual, and security applications. He also manages design and evaluation projects focusing on indoor air quality and environmental performance. Mr. Arora obtained a Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Roorkee, India, an MS from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, and pursued doctoral studies at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg. He has also published several technical papers.

Bhushan Pathare, Project Manager

Mr. Pathare has 15 years experience in the fields of architecture and planning. He has performed strategic planning, space design and master planning projects for the US EPA for over eight years. Mr. Pathare has successfully executed complex space and facilities planning projects. He holds a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Bombay, India, a Masters of Architecture (Housing), McGill University, Montreal, and a Masters of Architecture (Building Technology & Planning), State University of New York - Buffalo.
