MAP offers its clients a complete range of facilities programming services, from feasibility level space analysis to highly detailed facilities programs that are suitable for solicitation for offers and for space planning studies. Our programming approach addresses not only the client's facilities needs but also responds to the architecture of the building to assure that the requirements can be translated into appropriate interior architecture. Through interviews, surveys, observation, and analysis of the client's existing facilities, we establish a comprehensive program of requirements that becomes the basis of preliminary budgets and initial space plans. The detailed program defines the project room by room, to the specific level of detail required by the client.
