1. PROJECT MANAGER

Minimum of 10+ years experience with superior design, planning and management skills to work on large commercial interiors and modernization projects. The individual should be capable of integrating new building systems and materials technologies in the design of state-of-the-art facilities. A good working knowledge of local codes and construction is desired. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects, and possess strong writing and verbal communication skills. License to practice architecture in the DC Metro area is required. LEED certification and knowledge of sustainable architecture is a plus.

2. ARCHITECT - PROJECT MANAGER (Mid-Level)

5 to 10 years experience in Facilities Management related work. We are looking for candidates capable of independently developing solutions for alterations and renovations for portions of occupied office spaces; integrating new building systems and materials; assessing client needs and communicating proposed solutions to achieve consensus and approvals; and monitoring and reporting construction progress. License to practice architecture in the DC Metro area is required. LEED certification and knowledge of sustainable architecture is a plus.

3. ARCHITECT - LAB PLANNER

Mid-level Architect with Laboratory Planning/design experience. The candidate, working with a project team, will perform evaluation of existing laboratories and vivarium facilities, conduct feasibility studies, prepare detailed Program of Requirements, and develop preliminary concepts and layouts. Strong analytical and communication skills, and expertise in CAD are required.
